Paula is currently Head of Recruitment for Kings College London and as well as leading all the hiring processes at KCL works closely with local community partners to strengthen relationships.

After leaving Banking, Paula worked for an organisation called Diversifying to head up their training, consulting and recruitment services (which included hiring Trustees and Chairs of Boards for charities) to help organisations broaden their talent strategies. This included thinking more widely than just legal protected characteristics and to include social mobility practises into approaches.
