Ellie is responsible for managing programmes in schools across London.

While studying her BA in Sociology at the University of Nottingham, Ellie was motivated to tackle educational inequality after teaching through an outreach project aimed at raising the aspirations of primary school pupils and encouraging them to access higher education. After graduating, Ellie joined the Teach First programme and taught as a primary school teacher for three years.

Keen to explore the world, Ellie left teaching to spend 6 months travelling through South and Central America, before returning to reduce the attainment gap and address educational inequality.
