Pippa leads our Tuition Programme and Rising Leaders Programme delivery teams, as well as overseeing our tutor recruitment across London.
Pippa joined Team Up in January 2021 after working as a teacher. She studied BA Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies at the University of Manchester, where she fell in love with teaching through placements abroad. She qualified as a teacher with Teach First, before gaining her master’s degree specialising in supporting students with English as an Additional Language. Pippa joins Team Up hoping to make a difference to the lives of young people through tackling educational disadvantage.
