The Chair, Stewart, met Team Up’s founder, Sharla, as part of the Young Foundations accelerator programme, and found her drive and passion for this incredible cause infectious!
With a background in creating, leading or advising a number of startup, early and mid-stage ventures in multiple sectors across Europe and globally over the last 20 years, Stewart also advises a number of larger multinational corporate businesses on strategy, growth and change. Prior to this he worked in Aviation for 20 years, in both operational (technology), corporate, strategic and change management roles. Passionate about helping people achieve their potential, he loves to find new ways of addressing the traditional problems businesses face.
Stewart was introduced to Team Up’s founder, Sharla, nearly 6 years ago as part of the Young Foundations accelerator programme, and found her drive, commitment and passion for this incredible cause to be infectious! Having seen first-hand the effect the Team Up programmes can make such a huge difference to a child’s education, confidence and self-worth, Stewart was excited to find a way to become involved in Team Ups growth.
