Sean McFadden joins as new CEO.

In spring, Team Up welcomed a new CEO, Sean McFadden. Sean joined Team Up after 9 years as Head of Fundraising and Communications at St Giles Trust, during which time Sean helped to successfully reposition the charity as one of the leading charities reducing reoffending and developed a national reach and impact.
“What seemed a good idea on paper, using volunteer tutors to improve the prospects of children from low income backgrounds, came to life when I heard Sharla Duncan’s story and her passion for the charity. Team Up is a small charity with a big impact and great potential. I’m looking forward working with the team to realise this potential.”
Sharla Duncan remains an active Team Up Trustee.
