Location: Home-based, with frequent travel to London and the South
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours p/w)

About the Role
This is a demanding and exciting role for a multi-skilled individual looking to gain experience in people and project management in order to develop a small-scale charity.
In this role you will be responsible for line managing Programme Leads in their role within the London area in order to quality assure the programme and ensure impact with our beneficiaries. In addition, you will lead on planning and overseeing programme development in relation to increasing pupil engagement and resilience.

Key responsibilities include:
● Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes, this role will be responsible for quality assuring the delivery of tuition programmes.
● Line managing Programme Managers and facilitators in their role in relation to programme delivery and tutor training.
● Working alongside HoP to develop the Team Up programme in relation to pupil impact, resilience, and life skills.
● Monitor programme data to identify trends, challenges, and recommend potential solutions.
● Act as DDSL (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead)
● Delivery and management of 1-2 programmes September-April, depending on need and capacity.
About You
You will need to be a self-motivated and proactive person with Qualified Teacher Status and proven experience in managing educational provision in schools as a facilitator.
Essential skills and experience include:
- A strong academic track-record, with a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
- Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management skills – ability to line manage a professional team
- Desire to own and manage responsibility for achieving organisational goals
- Confidence working with external stakeholders and young people
- Interest in collecting and using data to drive results
- A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Desirable:
- Experience of designing, monitoring, and evaluating performance data
- Experience of managing relationships with stakeholders and of sales in an educational setting
- Experience in reviewing/adapting curriculum materials
- Experience of using Salesforce, M365, or other education platforms
