Student Committees

Team Up committees are our ambassadors on campus, creating a community of engaged students at their university.

What's the function of Team Up committees?

Our committees play an essential role, supporting the Team Up Hub in recruiting, motivating and supporting our tutors, and also in providing enrichment activities for our school pupils.

Being a part of a Team Up committee is also a great way to further develop your communication, leadership and management skills. In addition, we arrange regular meetings with representatives of our committees, which present opportunities to shape the strategy and direction of our organisation.

What roles are available on the committee?

PRESIDENT

Committee presidents are responsible for leading and managing their university’s Team Up committee, holding its members to account for their work. More information can be found here.

SECRETARY

Committee secretaries are responsible for the administration and communications of their university’s Team Up committee. More information can be found here.

TREASURER

Committee treasurers are responsible for the finances of their university’s Team Up committee. They handle reimbursement as well as budgeting, assisted by Team Up staff. More information can be found here.

PROJECT OFFICER

Project officers are responsible for planning and managing a number of projects, from raising funds for Team Up's work, to organising special events to engage their university's community of tutors. More information can be found here.
